I finally bought an electric bike. And now I've had it for a few weeks. I don't regret it for a second. What made me hesitate is that you buy it online. The fear that it's wrong or will be wrong and how to proceed. Now it turns out that my colleagues have experience with Burchda and they have nothing but good things to say and that made it easier to choose. The bike then? I've tested it on surfaces such as country roads, gravel roads and hills and it impresses. I'm 1.93 and weigh 93kg and it's powerful on hills and gets you there in a wonderful way. The saddle and handlebars are easy to adjust. Both are comfortable. The display works perfectly. The only thing I think is negative is that the gear shifting doesn't work really well sometimes. Shifts to the smaller cogs, i.e. higher gears. I've given it some time to break in but it hasn't been really good. When I then tested my friend's same bike, I thought his shifted better. I went on YouTube and watched some videos on how to adjust. That's exactly what can be tricky when you don't buy from your local dealer. Anyway, I tried loosening the cable a little. That was the easiest thing to try first. And to my delight, it got better. If it gets worse again, I will contact Burchda for how to proceed. But as I said, if you can live with it and aren't afraid to contact via email. Then I can recommend buying. It's a great value product in every way.,

Bought one a little while ago. My co-worker tried it and wanted one too. Ordered a second bike for him. Unfortunately there was a small transportation damage on the seat. Contacted the support, and that was very smooth. A new seat is on its way. Really nice bike and many people are asking questions about it. 😊

I am very happy with the bike, it is very well mounted, welded, designed in detail and very well manufactured. Each piece arrives protected and packed incredible, it is powerful, versatile and beautiful, for me it has everything. Is something bigger and more robust than it seems in photos. I live on a street on a steep slope and although it reduces speed somewhat when climbing to maximum power, it defends itself very well. The only disadvantage is that it weighs 32 kg and is not as manageable as a normal bike, which is logical, but it is the only disadvantage that I notice when it comes to charging, folding or maneuvering, but nothing serious. I had some debate with the seller because after paying he told me that I had to pay extra shipping to ship from Poland to Spain with Fedex because it is considered a remote address, but after a few days he confirmed that he was assuming these expenses, Since this is not indicated before paying and Spain is in the EU, and in 3 days I received it. He has behaved well and I am happy with the bike, which is a beast :)

The wheels are thicker than expected and it is quite comfortable to sit on.
I haven't had a ride yet, but it looks easy.
The seller's cooperative transportation team delivered a few days late, but it was still within the acceptable range.
